CREATING INCLUSIVE SPACES WHERE EVERY CHILD BELONGS

Church & Community Consulting

At Kingdom Kids Occupational Therapy, we believe every child deserves to feel welcomed, valued, and included. That’s why we partner with churches and community organizations to help create environments where children of all abilities can participate fully and thrive.

Through consulting, education, and practical support strategies, we equip leaders and volunteers with tools that promote inclusion, understanding, and confidence.

Inclusive Ministry Consultation

Building an inclusive ministry takes vision, planning, and the right support. Kingdom Kids offers consultation services to help churches and organizations create spaces that meet the needs of children with exceptional abilities.

Consultation services include:

  • Special needs ministry development and support

  • Creating sensory-friendly worship environments

  • Volunteer training and education

  • Strategies for supporting children with autism and sensory needs in worship settings

Our goal is to help every family feel welcomed and supported, while empowering volunteers and leaders to serve with confidence.

IEP & 504 Plan Support

Navigating school support services can feel overwhelming for families. Kingdom Kids offers consultation to help ensure children receive the accommodations and support they need to succeed.

Support includes:

  • OT-informed recommendations for goals and accommodations

  • Attendance at IEP or 504 meetings as a consultant

  • Advocacy guidance and education for families

We help bridge communication between families and schools while keeping the child’s needs at the center of every decision.

Behavior & Sensory Support Plans

Group settings can be challenging for children who struggle with regulation, transitions, or sensory overload. We provide customized support plans designed to help children succeed in Sunday school, small groups, and community programs.

Support includes:

  • Sunday school and group setting strategies

  • Visual supports and environmental modifications

  • Inclusion-focused participation strategies

By creating predictable routines and supportive spaces, we help children feel safe, engaged, and able to participate meaningfully.
