School Consulting & Educational Support

At Kingdom Kids Occupational Therapy, we believe children thrive when the environments around them are supportive, structured, and inclusive. Jessica collaborates with public and private schools to promote accessibility, meaningful participation, and long-term student success.

Through consultation, training, and OT-informed recommendations, we partner with educators and families to create strategies that support both learning and regulation in the classroom.

School-Based Consultation

Every classroom is different, and every student has unique needs. We provide school-based consultation services designed to support students while strengthening the team around them.

​

Services include:

  • Classroom sensory and behavioral supports

  • Individual student observations and recommendations

  • Collaboration with teachers, administrators, and support staff

 

Our goal is to create realistic, effective strategies that improve engagement, participation, and overall classroom success.

IEP & 504 Plan Support

Navigating school support services can feel overwhelming for families. Kingdom Kids offers consultation to help ensure children receive the accommodations and support they need to succeed.

Support includes:

  • OT-informed recommendations for goals and accommodations

  • Attendance at IEP or 504 meetings as a consultant

  • Advocacy guidance and education for families

 

We help bridge communication between families and schools while keeping the child’s needs at the center of every decision.

Professional Development & Training

Kingdom Kids provides professional development opportunities for schools and staff who want to build more inclusive and sensory-informed learning environments.

Training topics include:

  • Autism awareness and sensory processing education

  • Managing challenging behaviors through sensory-informed strategies

  • Classroom regulation tools and inclusion practices

 

These trainings are practical, research-based, and designed to equip educators with strategies they can use immediately.
